- ➤ TxDOT said construction on I-10 from Orange County to Jefferson County aims to improve safety and flow. The biggest project adds two lanes at the I-10/U.S. 69 interchange (set to finish late 2030) and a Port Arthur project will finish in 2027. 12 News Now
