- ➤ Jefferson County grand jury today cleared Ky Walker, 28, of intoxication manslaughter in the fatal collision on Major Drive that killed 78-year-old Charlotte Nicholas as she pulled from her apartment complex— the district attorney’s office on Wednesday filed a new Class A misdemeanor DWI charge against him based on his 0.18 BAC.
