At Monday night's council meeting, a large crowd in Nederland voiced anger over drainage issues as rainwater mixing with sewage caused flooding and home damage.

The council ordered a study on leaks and residents said they would return at another meeting if future storms repeated the problems — demanding a lasting fix.
