  • The McFaddin-Ward House Museum (Music at the McFaddins) will host a free outdoor concert featuring the Symphony of Southeast Texas String Quartet on Friday, April 24 at 6:30 p.m. on its front lawn to offer families a historic setting for enjoying live classical music.  FOX 4 Beaumont

EDUCATION NEWS

  • A new sensory-friendly room was unveiled Monday at Sallie Curtis Elementary to support neurodivergent students and those with emotional challenges; the space features a swing, crash pad + other calming tools and was funded by the Junior League of Beaumont.  12 News Now
