- ➤ Raziel Muraira, a Port Neches-Groves High School senior, overcame early challenges and received the Shining Star award from Justice of the Peace Brad Burnett. He will attend Lamar State College Port Arthur to study barbering — his name will be engraved on the plaque honoring past winners. KFDM
