- ➤ On May 9 at 6 p.m., Beaumont PD stopped a blue Jeep Cherokee on Interstate 10 and, after obtaining consent, found nearly 9 pounds of suspected cocaine and a large sum of cash from 31-year-old Estephania Abrego-Hernandez—earlier stops on April 30 and April 17 had uncovered 44 and 1,276 pounds of cocaine respectively. - ➤ Yesterday, the Mediterranean Festival at St. Michael Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church drew hundreds who enjoyed Mediterranean food, music and dancing — while church head Rev.
