- ➤ BISD’s acting superintendent Sandi Massey began her role on April 29 and is earning $1,212.77 per day plus a one-time $10,000 relocation payment (for moving expenses) until a permanent contract is signed. KFDM

- ➤ Trainer Colby Vanderweg demonstrates a single-arm row using a kettlebell today and advises checking posture in a mirror. He recommends a staggered stance (using a bench for support) with eight to 10 reps per side and three to four sets for proper strength training. FOX 4 Beaumont
