- ➤ The BISD Board of Managers approved Sandi Massey’s four-year contract on Thursday, May 21, which pays $299,250 per year plus a $1,000 monthly car allowance. She outlined plans to boost school performance while the board voted to close the Paul A. Brown Learning Center and split the Pietzsch-MacArthur Center into an elementary and middle school. KFDM
