Today, Beaumont Animal Care responded to a call about chained dogs outside a home and discovered a hoarding situation with about seven dogs and 20 to 30 cats, with the owner cooperating and signing the animals over to the shelter for evaluation.

Beaumont ISD will host two job fairs this month for resident teacher positions with a starting salary near $48,000.
