- ➤ The Silsbee Chamber of Commerce mourned Executive Director Melissa Smart and her three family members from Kountze who died when their UTV crashed on Jim Burns Road onto FM 92 at 11:30 p.m. Friday after being hit by an 18-wheeler—Kali Smart remains hospitalized and two drivers were treated for injuries in a secondary crash.
