A 53-year-old Beaumont man, Larry Fitzgerald Williams, was indicted by a Jefferson County grand jury for capital murder after allegedly fatally shooting 51-year-old Brian Keith Lewis while he mowed his lawn on June 21 in the 1900 block of Delaware Street—Williams remains in jail on a $10,100,000 bond.
