- ➤ Girls' Haven is building a new facility in Beaumont next to Triangle Endocrinology at 3440 Fannin Street to house foster care girls ages 6 to 18. The building (which will include a backyard, kitchen, living room and therapy spaces) is expected to be ready mid-December so the girls can use it for Christmas. Beaumont Enterprise
CRIME NEWS
- ➤ A 52-year-old Woodville man named Christopher Tubb was arrested by Tyler County Sheriff's deputies and state investigators on Monday, August 18 after they found 340 grams of methamphetamine plus eight guns and three ounces of marijuana at his home on U.S. Highway 190. 12 News Now
- ➤ Beaumont police discovered a body on Concord Road (3200 block) around noon on Saturday that may belong to missing 66-year-old Linda Rogers, who was reported missing on (May 12th, 2024) and is under investigation. Beaumont Enterprise
