- ➤ Bob Hope School was awarded an $11.6 million grant from the U.S. Department of Education to improve classrooms and programs over the next five years. - ➤ Port Arthur Memorial quarterback Amante Martin earned his Enterprise Game Ball by throwing 4 touchdown passes for over 200 yards and adding 86 rushing yards in a 62-0 win over Beaumont United. Bridge City's Abraham Munguia caught 11 passes for 229 yards with 3 touchdowns—including a 94-yard catch-and-run—while Port Neches-Groves quarterback Connor Bailey threw 5 touchdowns in the first half as his team built a 42-0 lead.
