- ➤ Beaumont Police Department has increased patrols ahead of Halloween as children will likely trick-or-treat later on due to a school-free Friday. - ➤ Veterans, community organizers and city officials met at the downtown Event Centre on Wednesday to launch the Mayor’s Veterans Commission to improve outreach for local veterans.
