- ➤ Beaumont Bulk Solutions cement facility at 1745 Buford St secured a 10-year 100% tax abatement after a unanimous City Council vote on Dec.2—this project is set to invest $150.5 million and supply essential materials to local construction projects while pursuing further tax relief from regional authorities.
