On May 9 at 6 p.m., Beaumont PD stopped a blue Jeep Cherokee on Interstate 10 and, after obtaining consent, found nearly 9 pounds of suspected cocaine and a large sum of cash from 31-year-old Estephania Abrego-Hernandez—earlier stops on April 30 and April 17 had uncovered 44 and 1,276 pounds of cocaine respectively.

Yesterday, the Mediterranean Festival at St. Michael Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church drew hundreds who enjoyed Mediterranean food, music and dancing — while church head Rev.

On May 10th, the Boys' Haven Crawfish, Food & Music Festival took place on the grounds of Boys' Haven where the Cajun Crawfish Cookers prepared seasoned crawfish with corn and the Knott Brothers played music to help raise funds for the boys' home.
